Facts and figures

The World Health Organization, WHO, estimates that about 152 million men worldwide are affected by erectile dysfunction, better known as impotence. But these are official figures. On the base of this data the suspected figure is probably far higher – up to two or three times.

Those affected by impotence are not capable of maintaining an erection as long as necessary in order to enjoy a satisfying sexual performance.

About six million men in Germany are affected by impotence. It concerns above all the age group from 30 to 70. It is clear that up to the age of 40 only one in 30 men suffers from ED (erectile dysfunction). Getting older, the rate increases significantly. Looking at the 40-70 age group, already half of all men are affected by it.

With these high numbers it is evident that impotence is by no means a "one-off occurrence". It is a serious illness but nowadays it can be treated very positively. Many erection aids, such as, for example, sexual enhancer pills can help you to overcome the problem.
