Kamagra* 100mg

Kamagra 100mg is the generic version of the branded drug Viagra. One pill contains 100mg of the active principal Sildenafil. The first time you should try half a pill or 50mg.

Kamagra 100mg should be taken orally approximately from half an hour to one hour before having sex.

The daily maximum dose of one pill should not be exceeded.

Kamagra* Oral Jelly

Kamagra Oral Jelly is the liquid version of the active principle Sildenafil. A sachet of Kamagra Oral Jelly contains 100mg Sildenafil. You should only take half the dose the first time in this case too.

The effect of Kamagra Oral Jelly is faster than that of the traditional Kamagra 100mg. Its effect starts after only 15 minutes because it is activated through the mucus in the mouth.

The daily maximum dose of one sachet should not be exceeded.

Kamagra* chewing tablets 100mg

These Kamagra chewing tablets come in 4 different agreeable flavours. Each package contains the flavours strawberry, orange, banana, pineapple.

The first time you should only take half a tablet, i.e. 50mg.

Taking a Kamagra tablet is very pleasant because of its fruity taste. It becomes effective after 15 minutes since in this case too the effect is positively influenced by the mucus in the mouth. You can even suck the tablet.

The daily maximum dose of one tablet should not be exceeded.

How does the component work?

As mentioned above Sildenafil is used as a treatment for impotence.

Impotence can have different causes. Whereas after the age of 50 physical illnesses often cause a fall in the ability to achieve an erection, there are also numerous cases where the mind plays an important role. It may be assumed that in about 20 % of all cases mental stress is the trigger for ED. This is often the case particularly in the age group up to 35. Erection of the penis can only occur if a rapid flow of blood to the penis is possible. However, this can only occur if the arteries expand so that the surrounding muscles can relax.

The messenger substance nitrogen monoxide (NO) is released by sexual stimulation. This, in its turn, activates a second messenger substance, cGMP. It is only through these two messenger substances that the muscle cells in the corpus cavernosum can relax and blood flow into the penis. Erection occurs. At the end of the erection the cGMP is slowly reduced with the aid of the enzyme phosphodiesterase 5, also known as (PDE-5).

The active principle Sildenafil is a PDE 5 inhibitor which blocks the enzyme phosphodiesterase 5 so that more cGMP can remain in circulation. The erection is improved by the relaxation of the muscles which is achieved.


Caution: Taking the drug may reduce vision which will reduce your ability to react. This can manifest itself particularly when driving and operating machinery. Driving and operating machinery can therefore be influenced, above all if the drug is taken at the same time as alcohol.

When is the medication not suitable for you?

• in the case of inherited retina disease where the structure and function of the cells deteriorate.
• in the case of simultaneous treatment with other sexual enhancers
• in the case of low blood pressure (hypotony)
• in the case of continuous erection (priapism)
• in the case of anatomical deformation of the penis
• in the case of serious cardiovascular complaints
• in the case of serious liver disease

In which cases should the medication not be taken?

• keep away from children and teenagers under 18
• in the case of continuous erections (priapism) – seek a doctor immediately in order to avoid damage to tissue or loss of sexual performance

Side-effects

• Headache
• Irritability of the stomach (pressure on the stomach, a sensation of being full up , nausea, heartburn, premature feeling of being full up, vomiting (occasionally) and pains in the upper stomach)
• Blocked nose
• Impaired vision (occasionally)
• Long-lasting, painful erections needing treatment (priapism)

Interactions

The effect of medication containing nitrates or NO-donors (medication for cardiovascular complaints) can sharply increase. This can cause a drop in blood pressure and collapse. If you take this medication you should not use this sexual enhancer.

While taking this medication you should not take any preparations containing nitrates or amyl nitrates.
